Prawn Biryani

Wash the rice and keep aside. Boil 3 cups of water, add 1 table spoon oil and 2 teaspoon salt in rice cooker. Allow to simmer. Once boiling pour in the rice and let to cook for 8 minutes. Drain and return back in the rice cooker. Switch off rice cooker or keep on low heat. Put yellow coloring in a small bowl and add 2 table spoons of water and mix.

Mullan fried fish

1 kg Mullan fish 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper   Marinate the Mullan fish in salt and pepper and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Deep fry in medium heat until for a minute. Remove from heat and place on a tracing paper to remove access oil.   Serve with sticky rice and enjoy.
