Easy Minpizzas

Cut the bread buns into two halves. Spread tomato paste sauce on each layer of the bread. If there is no tomato paste you can substitute it to ketchup sauce to make it much easier. Add the left over chicken. Add the spinach. Add salt and pepper if needed. Put the mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken and spinach mix on the bread.

Tuna mini burgers

Mix 3 tuna cans together with sweet corn, cucumbers, mayonnaise , salt and pepper. Slice the mini burgers into half.

Peanut butter

Ingredients 3 cups salted peanuts 2 tbsp honey ¼ tbsp oil Blend the peanuts together for 3 minutes.   Add in the honey and oil and blend again for another 3 minutes till smooth.   Refrigerate. Serve with bread and jam. Enjoy!
